Physique Wellness offers both digital programs and physical wellness products.
Digital Products: Digital programs and custom wellness plans are non-refundable once access has been provided.
Physical Products: Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@physiquewellness.store with your order number and reason for return.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
