How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within the US. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding to international shipping in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the carrier website.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Opened personal care items (bath soaks, sprays, essential oils), used or assembled products, and gift cards are non-returnable.
Products
Are your products supplements or medications?
No. True Neuros does NOT sell supplements, pills, capsules, or medications of any kind. Our products are physical wellness tools, brain training games, mindfulness accessories, journals, and lifestyle products. None of our products make medical claims or require FDA approval.
Are your products safe?
Yes. All True Neuros products are made from safe, non-toxic materials. Our bath soaks and sprays use natural essential oils with no synthetic fragrances. Our puzzles and games meet standard consumer safety requirements.
What age group are your products for?
Most of our products are designed for adults (18+). Some items like brain teaser puzzles and card games are suitable for ages 10+. The Calm Down Jar Kit is suitable for ages 5+ with adult supervision. Each product listing includes age recommendations.
Do brain training products actually work?
Our brain training products are based on established cognitive exercise principles. Activities like puzzle-solving, pattern recognition, and strategic games have been shown in research to support cognitive maintenance. However, we do not make medical claims about treating or preventing any condition.

What payment methods do you accept?
